Hope everything is going well at home. I can’t believe it is a whole month since I last saw you. I am having a fantastic time with Sam, Robin, and their family.
It is really strange Down Under. I am sitting here with my iPad looking at photos and videos that I have taken.
In one of the pictures, I am sitting on a bench in front of The Opera House. I am so proud that it is a Danish designer who designed it because I am one-fourth Danish. In the picture, we get ice creams. That was the first stop of the day. Later that day we were sightseeing in Sydney. We walked on the Harbor Bridge. It was a beautiful walk over the bridge. We looked at The Opera House and The Garden Island. After that, we took a walk in the old streets of Sydney. At the end of the day, we went to a restaurant called Sokyo. They served sushi and some other Japanese dishes. It was nice visiting Sydney.
I also got a picture of us down in Canberra in front of The Australian War Memorial. We had just been to the museum at the memorial. The exhibition was great, it was very educational. We at least spent 2 hours at the museum. We started early that day so we were done at the museum around noon and then we had some delicious food at a restaurant I can’t remember the name of. Later that day we took a walk in the City Park. We were done early that day, so we took a taxi home to the hotel and had dinner there. When we were done with the dinner, we played cards. That was one of the best days of the whole trip.
