Klimaforandringer: skolens rolle i miljøbeskyttelse

As we all probably know, the world needs us to act in order to save the climate.

The world isn’t saving itself and that’s pretty noticeable. Animals are dying, the ice is melting, our air is getting polluted and much more stuff is going on at the moment.

I think we should try and make a change at our school, so we together can help the environment.

The school system is not educating us enough about what is going in the world right now and the consequences it has. That’s also why a lot of young people have no idea how to help protect the environment. The teachers should also be teaching us ways to reduce single use plastic, reduce pollution and saving water and stuff like that.

We could reduce the use of plastic by using less one time plastic in teaching. If we must use plastic in teaching, we can use recyclable plastic.

When we pack our lunch for school, I see lots of people packing it in plastic that they just throw out in the bin after. Instead of doing that us students and teachers could be packing our lunch in a lunch box we can use again and again.
