The short story I have chosen is the one called “Hiding in Cheesy’s bedroom”, it is written by Anna Davis in 2004. The story is about one girl, and about the uncomfortable situation she is in at the moment. In the beginning we are starting at a very fast paste, and we are just hearing a lot of names but can’t really figure out who is who. As the story goes on, we can start to see that there is three main characters Jane, Tommy, and Janes best friend Louise. We find out a lot of information in this story for example in the first part we find out her name is Jane, that this boy Cheesy has a child and that she is definitely not supposed to be there. We find out that she is really noy supposed to be there, she is actually supposed to be in school at the time she is in Cheesy’s bedroom. Throughout the story we see that she is surprisingly not happy with her friend Louise anymore, and that the relationship with her own mother is quite difficult.

Essay:

The short story I have chosen is the one called “Hiding in Cheesy’s bedroom”, it’s written by Anna Davis in 2004. The story is about a girl named Jane and the whole personal development she is going through, it’s also about her realizing that there may be a deeper meaning to some of the stuff she is feeling. I think the overall plot and meaning of this story is, that sometimes u maybe need to think about certain things or situations more than once to realize what is really happening and why u is feeling like this.
