Anne frank was a Jewish girl, together with her mother Edith, dad Otto, and her sister Margot.
It was war, they made a place, where they could hide, they called it the secret annex. The secret annex was above Otto’s old work office, they hid there together with four other Jews, Herman van Pels, his wife Auguste, and their son peter, and last Fritz Pfeifer, he was a dentist.
They made rules, that they were not allowed to look out of the windows, and flush the toilet at day, and they should be quiet all the time, or somebody could see or hear them.
While they were hiding, Anne grew from a girl, to a young woman. Almost everyday she wrote in her diary, and upstairs there were a window, she was often up there, laying and dreaming while looking out of the window. The other family they were hiding together with, were very fine, and almost never glad or happy, except of their son Peter, he started to hate them more and more, because they were arguing, almost all the time. A day they were eating, Anne accidentally dropped her cup, and it broke. She crawled down under the table, to pick up the pieces. Peter also crawled down, to help her pick up the pieces, his father told him to sit up on the chair, that was the day he got enough of them, he walked out of the room, smashed the door after him, Anne followed him, they became good friends. Peter fell in love with her, and later she gets a kiss from him.
