The sun was shining through the trees as I passed through the entrance to Central
Park. It was a fantastic day for a walk in the park. I traveled together with my best friend. It
was our first time in New York so we didn't know what to expect. We got a map over Central
Park and knew we were ready to explore.
First we met a native new yorker whose name was Amy, we asked her what the most
important things to see at Central park was. She told us that the statue Alice In Wonderland
was worth seeing, so we started walking to the statue. On our way we saw lots of happy faces
playing frisbee and soccer, others were just chilling in the outstanding weather. After all the
positive energy we felt through the park we finally arrived at the first historic moment of the
park. Our draw dropped when we looked at the beautiful women sculptured by the amazing
José de Creeft. Looking at the women we knew that there was a lot more to the park than we
just thought.
