The process Is long and can even be life lasting if not treated, depending on what type of trauma you have. Traumatized individuals have quite a difference to the ones without such as their mindset and their behavior which impacts their thinking and lifestyle. However, treatments are always the key to finding a solution, by traditional treatments or alternative treatments. That is why we will be focusing on this topic to understand the victims better.

What is trauma?:

trauma is what any creature can possibly experience. It is a mental illness that could occur at any age and moment possible. Trauma is a term used when an individual has experienced a pain kind of suffer such as physical abuse, mental abuse, sexual abuse and many more. Depending on the person each can hit differently hard on the person due to different trauma disorders. The most common types of trauma disorders are PTSD and Complex PTSD.

The beginning of trauma:

As we all know, if your experience it from a young age it will affect your adulthood if not treated soon. It all starts with when a young soul experiences something they’ve never seen or imagined before. If your not treated the impact you’ve received from your past trauma will slowly crawl into your future and you’ll be unable to feel and see things the same way as you used to do.
