Childhood is the ?rst stage of life. Our future is built up on the basis of our

childhood. The earliest most people recall memories is about the age of 3.5 to

four years old. This is around the time that the brain starts to maintain its

long-term memory function. The things you start to remember at that age are

stuff like: A tooth falling out, a vacation, a birthday party, receiving a gift, playing

with friends etc.

The childhood memories we gather stay with us throughout our life. Anytime

they can bring happiness in our life when we are down. The actual value of

childhood can only be understood by grownups because children are not

capable of realizing the importance that this period brings with it.

How the parents develop throughout their child's childhood can have a big

impact on the child. Parental con?ict is common in many families, and childhood

depression, anxiety, and aggression may be the outcome. In contrast, if the

children see that their parents can work out differences, they would feel that

their family is safe and secure. The children don’t need to worry that their family

system will be disrupted. They can expend their energies elsewhere.
