American High School: A European Perspective

I think that many European people, thinks that the American high school is very easy and a unserious way to get an education. People get the picture of that by all the movies they have seen. But pupils in USA does normal have lessons from 8 o’clock to 3 o’clock. The lessons they have is different, they can for example chose musician line and in elk lake school it means that they will get 45 min 3 times a week to train their play.

A pupil goes to high school from 8th grade to 12th grade. After high school they will go to college or seek a job.

When a person have study at high school it gives permission to college and after college, can the person study at master’s degree course and then doctorate if the person will be a doctor for example

I think I could be fun to try high school it will be very hard to have English in all lessons, instead of speak Danish in math. But I will spend more time in school and have a bit more homework to do at home. If 8.y have 7 lesson we have a break between 35 and 10 minute every 90 minute. They only got two breaks at a whole day. They got break to get and they got at break again at half past one to get theirs lunch. All schools got a canteen they serve breakfast it could be a piece of bread or a little cake with a juice. To lunch they serve hot food for example pizza, tacos, spaghetti with meat balls or chicken with salad and some bread to. But I will still chose the normal school we have in Denmark.
