I do not believe that many Danes consider themselves as the happiest people on earth. Freedom of expression is also one of the reasons, why we are so happy, I think. Then if you have something on your mind, just spite it out, do not be scared. You have your rites, to say what you want, but you have be responsible for what you are saying.
Another important value in Denmark is our free rights. Our rights to do whatever we want and whatever we would like to do. Obviously, we cannot just go out and steel a car. Of course, we have to accept the rules of the country and adapt us to those certain rules. Otherwise, you will end up in jail.
When speaking about free rights, the meaning is quite clear: for example, you are al-lowed to vote if you are above the age limit, which currently is 18 years. In that, way you can get an influence. Maybe we are not taking this so seriously, as other countries will do. I think it is great, that we have influence. I have promised myself, when I turn 18, I will use my vote when it is possible.
