I want to tell the story about Curtis James Jackson III or better known as the rapper 50 Cent. I think that he is very cool and he is making some awesome music. After a childhood like his, he became a star today.
His childhood
He was born the 6th of July in 1975 in Queens. He grew up with her mother, and he has never seen his dad. His mom Sabrina was a cocaine dealer; she got murdered when he was 8 years old. After his moms dead he was living at his grandparents. He began to box and sell drugs. He actually learned to count by selling drugs. He got arrested for selling drug and to have an illegal gun.
Becoming a star
After prison he stated to rap in one of his friend’s basement. He gets introduced to the producer jam master jay, he said that he should make a single and the single was titled “react”. His first album was power of the dollar and it gat released in 2000. His popularity started to grow, but the 24th of May, 2000 he gat shoot down outside his grandmother house. He got shoot nine times. The attacker, Daryl Baum, hit him in his hand; arm, hip, legs, chest and left cheek.
