Analyse af 'Back To School Again' fra Grease

I have chosen the song “Back To School Again” from the film Grease, and then I compare to sets of the songs, the first and the second.

The differences:

The four first sentences rhyme in the first set and the other set (chorus) doesn’t rhyme.

The first set is about their summer vacation and how much fun they have got. They tell us that they were free and happy and what they have been doing in the summer.

The second set is about that they are going back to school and we will first be going to see them, when the clock struck three.

The similarities:

I couldn’t find much, but what I could find was that the first set is a kind of school, because it’s summer vacation where the school is closed and they will come back to school when the summer vacation ends. The other set is about that they are coming back to school.

My opinion about my school:

My school is a good school. We have some good teachers and our classmates are always nice to one other. I think we are about 18-19 in my class. The lessons we have, is Danish, English, history, biology, mathematics, physics, socials studies, gymnastics and then I have French, but some others have German. I like Danish most.
