One of the reasons to the employees are willing to work at night is that the workers want to spent more time with their families, to have a bigger social life during day and to improve the quality of private lives. The mothers are working early, while the fathers are taking care of the children, driving them to school and when the mothers come home, the fathers go to work into the evening. The National Centre for Social Research called it “shift-parenting”. But some of the employees sleep all day long and go to work at night, which means that they want be able to raise their children. They want freedom to enjoy their days. Even the workers enjoy working at night, so they can take their afternoons off.

Those parents with younger children are against this type of life style. NFPI thinks that the government have to respect those parents who are have choose to raise their children in their early years, instead of putting their work and money before the children.

The employees earn more if they are working at nighttime. But it’s not healthy for the workers, because if they’re working at night, they have to sleep through daytime, so they want be out in the sun so much and get d-vitamin. Their sleeping balance is not balanced, because they are working at night, while everyone else are sleeping.
