It started as an unwritten rule, there later on, became a full blowing movement with complete merchandise available. The unwillingness to cooperative with the police became a more common trade with people. Eventually a homicide could happen in the middle of summer afternoon in a street-basket competition with three hundred eye-witnesses, they didn’t do anything and they will even hypothetical write a note “Dear Cops, we didn’t see anything, deepest regards everyone.” This is no snitching!
It started in the black culture, but somehow it impacted the whole society in USA, mostly the young generation, and sooner it came to Europe.
How I know it, because it was one of my African or whatever you prefer to call it, but basically my friend from England, who told me about this. It was when we saw someone stealing some clothes. I was going to tell the police, because this wasn’t acceptable, but he disagreed and told me about this.
Personally I think that in certain circumstances, it might not make the differences. But if it’s seriously big crime, then I think you are permitted to witness against it.
I believe without a need for security and safety, there wouldn’t be a demand, and when there isn’t need, there wouldn’t be order, if there wasn’t chaos. So I guess crime create a balance in the world to be a better place. What will the world be like, if chaos didn’t exist, it would be like sun without moon, basically a world without a purpose?
