'Artificial Intelligence' (A.I.) filmanalyse

Earth is flooded, humanity reduced, and robots perform all manual work. Cybertronics has created a unique robot, David, David is incredible compared to older models because he’s able to love and he has feelings, like a real human. A married couple, Henry and Monica Swinton, adopted David. Henry and Monica’s real child has been in a coma for 5 years, because the doctors have been unable to find a cure for Martin’s rare disease. But suddenly one day Martin woke up out of his coma, and unfortunately had David to be returned. Monica couldn’t return David, because she knew that Cybertronic what would happen if she returned him. Instead of returning him to Cybertronic she decided leave him in the forest. David was very sad, but he didn’t blamed Monica, he blamed himself because he was the one who was a robot. In the forest David met a male prostitute named Gigolo Joe who also was a robot. David and Gigolo Joe went together out on a long, dramatic adventure to try and find The Blue Fairy.

The original title of the movie is Artificial Intelligence, but it’s known as A.I. The movie is directed, produced and written by Steven Spielberg and Stanley Kubrick, he died unfortunately under the production of the movie. Then Steven Spielberg had to finish the rest of the movie on his own. It’s a science fiction movie and it was made in the year 2001. The two main actors in the movie were David (Haley Joel Osment) and Gigolo Joe (Jude Law). Artificial Intelligence has been nominated for 2 Oscars, another 12 wins and 40 nominations.
