In 2002, DreamWorks presented us the horror movie The Ring, and with its 115 minutes of horror, it’ll make your hair stay straight from the body. It is original a Japanese horror movie which has been remade to an American thriller directed by Gore Verbinski. But I think the Japanese version is the most scariest because I hate to see horror movies with Japanese murders. The Japanese actors are playing they role so more realistic than the Amreican’s and I think that is the reason.
Summary:
The sudden and mysterious deaths of the reporter Rachel’s niece Katie and three of her friends, makes Rachel start investigating the case. Not only did they all die at the exact same time, but they also all appear to have died from unexplained heart attacks. Rachel hears from some friends of Katie, that Katie and the other dead had watched a tape precisely a week before they died. They had spent a weekend in a cabin and there they had watched the tape. Rachel takes a trip to the cabin and finds the tape. After watching it, within seconds the phone rings, and a voice tells her that she’ll die in 7 days. Rachel tells about the tape to her ex-boyfriend, and together they start investigating how to break the 7-day curse. They find out that the tape is connected to a dead woman named Anna Morgan and her daughter Samara. Aidan, Rachel and Noah’s son, watches the tape and become “infected” too.
