Farvel bafaba

Referat af filmen farvel bafana. South African was an apartheid country. Nelson Mandela and other black politician were in jail. James was a write prison guard and thought the black were the source to all evil in South Africa. James Gregory grew up in Trankeis and learnt to talk Xhosa. He was transferred to Robbern Island at the same time Nelson Mandela was put in this prison. James had a wife and two kids which also moved to the Island. Shortly after his arrival, he became responsible of censure of the in and out going letters and conversation between Mandela and his visitors.
