Goodbye bafana Remembering the movie Summary ½ page At the start of the movie, Mr. Gregory transported the black people to the prison on Robben Island in South Africa. On the Island, Gregory was responsible for reading the letters that the inmate had gotten and cut the things out that weren’t allowed to come in or out of the prison. When Mr. Gregory first arrived on Robben Island, he was a racist and he was making sure, that all the black people knew, that they were gonna have a hell, if they didn't do the things they were getting ordered
