The old lady always knew that she was going to be a widow
The old lady is seventy seven
A lot of her friends and family are dead and some of them in a very young age
Something in her body would stumble or fall and she would end up at a hospital bed until she was too sick and then the doctor would send her home to die with her family around her.
She ate breakfast with her husband every morning and they went for a walk together. They also had guests often.
Who she’s going to call first when her husband dies
Her husband had worked at the post office
Her husband died a night while she was sleeping he died silent and not the way she had imagined
She cries and touches his skin
The point of view is third person because it’s just a kind of voice telling the story from the old ladies view and with her thoughts
It is a relatively new story because there are cars and phones so in the 90’s And its in USA
The old women loves her husband and her family but she haven’t got a big love for life she has accepted death now she’s just waiting for death. She is seventy-seven years old
