I decided to read this book not only because of my interest in Dan Brown, but because I have read the second book in the trilogy, The Da Vinci Code. I like Dan Brown because I really enjoy how he is writing. He is running two parallel stories at once, one of them you follow the hero of the story and another one were you follow the bad guy of the story. When the story is coming to an end the two stories meet and it all makes sense.

I felt a need to know what had happened before the Da Vinci Code. There are a lot more reasons, and one of the reasons could be that I have seen many teasers for the movie Angels & demons, but I have never actually seen it or read it, so I thought I would be a lot more exiting to read the book rather than watching the movie. I think that you get a lot more details from reading than watching, it must also be hard to get all of those thoughts which are written in the book.
