The movie is about a family, who has a daughter, named Kate. When she is in a age of 2 years old, they found out that she has cancer. So the parents will do anything to save her.
The parents decided to have a daughter, a perfect donor match, to save her older sisters live. She named Anna so they cut conceived (consivt) in order to harvest (hævest) blood from her umbilical cord in order to use in treatments (tritmens) to help save Kate's life, so Anna is usually willing to donate whatever Kate needs.
But after some years forget the parents, Sara and Brian all about their son, Jesse and the daughter Anna.
In somway the brother Jesse, don’t know what to do but just ignored Kate and Anna.
When Anna is 13 (fhørteen) years old, she has undergone many surgeries during her life so she can help cure her sister Kate. But when Anna have to donate a kidney, to save her sister, she tells her mother that she don’t won’t to do this anymore. Because it’s her own body and she wanna be awaybewill to make her own decissen about what to do with it.
But the mother, Sara won’t listen to what Anna says.
