I think that Ashley has chosen this way, because this is the right thing.

Drinking, smoking marihuana and getting pregnant in this way are dangerous and harmful for both health and soul.

What would a young Dane have done in a similar situation?

I think, that a young Dane will go to a psychologist or to the municipality or to the social advisor to find a solution to her/his problems.

Would the choices have been the same?

Choices can be the same in this situation, but it’s almost rare at this time, because there are more and easier things young people can do to resolve their problems.

Now there are more practical things, like what I mentioned above.

At least, for me, I’ve never heard that there was a Dane who went to a pastor to be forgiven for something he has done at this time.
