“Children at work” is practiced many places around the world. It’s very dangers for the childrens health and it prevents them to go to school.
Many children have an unhappy childhood. They worked hard to satisfy the needs of their parents, because many families especially in the third world are very poor. That means, that the children must work to support the whole family, and they underwent very difficult conditions of employment. Days are long for them: eight or twelve hours a day, six days a week.
In many cities all over the world the children are living in the ghettos an in slum districts. Also there are the children working, or they are working at factories, where the security for the workers is to low. It’s often very dangers work, where they use machines and chemicals without protects outfits.
Their conditions are must unlike children from richer parents. They lived in beautiful suburbs, sometimes in private hotels. The upper class organized parties and join festivals whereas the poor worked, but the most important difference is, that the rich children are being educated.
FN says that “children at work” is a crime. They can only work, if the work doesn’t injure the kids. 70 % of the working children work where they are living. Unfortunately the children work to much and still don’t go in school.
