It’s important for us humans to exercise at least 30 minutes every day.

Exercise regulates appetite and many eat healthier when they exercise.

Exercise lowers the risk of diseases. If you're exercising, it is easier to handle stress at home and at work.

Physical activity strengthens the heart, lungs, muscles, joints, bones, and your physical form.

The immune system can be strengthened also.

As we all know it's important for us humans to exercise, because if we look back at the movie (super-size me )we saw, we can see that many people doesn’t think about what kind of food they eat, until the day that they discover that they are overweight.

The overweight man, who is in the movie, finds out that he has high blood pressure and has a high risk to get other diseases. To prevent all these risks, he must immediately start to exercise to lower his weight.

Use the body 30 minutes a day.

It’s important to exercise 30 minutes a day because the body needs to exercise to stay healthy.

Good examples of exercises in the normal life:

Cycling to work or school, instead of taking the car.

Take the stairs instead of the elevator.
