Exercise regulates appetite and many eat healthier when they exercise. Exercise lowers the risk of diseases. If you're exercising, it is easier to handle stress at home and at work. Physical activity strengthens the heart, lungs, muscles, joints, bones, and your physical form. The immune system can be strengthened also.
