Obesity means that a person has too much body fat, and their body is bigger than it should be. It's like if your teddy bear or doll got too stuffed with cotton, and it became big and round.
Sometimes, when people have too much body fat, they can get sick more easily and have problems with their health, like having a hard time breathing or getting tired quickly.
Does someone who is obese choose to be obese, and does someone who is healthy choose to be healthy? How can it be expected to be healthy when one is a choice and one isn't, yet one is preferred?
In the modern days being skinny is called perfect while having some fat on your body is considered obesity because people do not know the definition of obesity end therefor will assume everyone who had fat and is bigger than some as obese. Theres a huge difference between obesity and being overweight.
I've experienced what it's like to be overweight. I was about 100 kg and dropped 30kg. I've gone through the process of putting it on and after about 2 years it was gone but I was humiliated and criticized for being overweight. However, I was only a kid and had no knowledge of eating habits, which caused me to put on a lot of weight. Because of this, I reckon it is crucial to teach children about eating habits and nutrition at an early age to prevent them from becoming overweight like I did.
