Billy lived in North England with his father and brother. His father and brother were on strike because the coalmines would close. Billy went to boxing because of his father, he said he had to. One day he tried ballet and he liked it and went to ballet instead of boxing without his father knew it. George who was the boxing trainer said to Billy’s father that Billy had not been to his training for a long time, so Billy’s father Jackie went to find Billy and saw Billy dance ballet, he was angry and didn’t let Billy dance again, so Billy arranged with Mrs. Wilkinson who was the ballet trainer that they train without his father knew it l. Billy trained to ROYAL BALLET because he wanted to be a good dancer. Tony who was his brother got into jail so Billy missed the audition to THE ROYAL BALLET SCHOOL, so Miss went home to Billy said that Billy had missed the audition and Billy’s father and his brother heard this and scolded Billy and Miss out, so he definitely couldn’t dance any more. When it was Christmas eve Billy danced with Michael who is a poof and they were friends, when they dance his father saw it and then Billy danced in front of him, Jackie went to misses house and asked her that Billy was good at dancing, then he suddenly wanted to help Billy, so he took Billy to the audition in London but Billy was nervous and didn’t do it very well, when they got home everybody was on a bad mood. A couple of days later they got a letter and there stood Billy passed, so everybody was happy and told it to everyone in the town. Billy went to London to THE ROYAL BALLET SCHOOL. After many years Jackie wanted to see Billy dance and then he saw Billy jump like a swan.
