The actor named Elliot, gets a great challenge, when he finds an alien hiding in his backyard.

Elliot is a 10 years old boy who lives in a very new neighborhood. He got a little sister and a big brother. His daddy is on a travel, so he only got his mom to take care of him.

Elliot tries to learn the alien to talk and understand what he says.

Elliot discovers an alien in his backyard, and despite all obstacles, he manages to lure the Alien into the house with candy. He calls the Alien E.T. ('Extra Terrestrial'). When the alien gets into the house, Elliot try to speak with it, but it can’t talk or communicate. Before he goes to sleep, Elliot noticed, that E.T. mimics his movements.

The next day Elliot pretends to be ill and present E.T. for his older brother Michael and his younger sister Gertie. The alien has special gifts. It is able to move things with its mind, and it has telepathic gifts. One day Elliot and his brother try to build a machine to call E.T.’s home planet. Once they got it up to the hill, Elliot sat all night up, to se about there were anymore alien coming. But the next day he went home to his mother. He lost the faith to the machine.
