Define hooliganism: Hooliganism refers to unruly, destructive, aggressive and bullying behavior. Such behavior is commonly associated with sports fans. It can also apply to rowdy behavior and vandalism, they will destroy things like madmen. This often happens under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
