Last summer we rented a house in Wales. We just saw a ad in a Danish newspaper, and after having discussed the families plans we write a letter to the address. The owner answered, that the house was still available in July, and when we had studied the enclosed photographs, we decided to rent it for 14 days. We ordered tickets to the boat from Esbjerg to Harwich the 30th of june we started full of expectation. The weather was fine and the sea quiet, so we enjoy the trip and arrived to Harwich at midday. On the road through England we passed more famous towns. We drank tea in Cambridge, one of the two old university towns, and admired the beautiful, old buildings. When we approached Stratford-on-Avon where Shakespeare was born, we begin to look after a appropriate place to overnight. We stopped at a quite ordinary nice house with a sign outside. There was written B. & B. on it. We were well received, got two doubles and slept well. After an enormous breakfast with bacon and egg, roasted bread and jam and many tea pots we continued the passage the following morning. Later on the day we approached the welsh border. The Landscape changed, and there were high hills ahead. In Wales are the most road sings written in two languages welsh and English, because many welshs wish a Wales, there is independent off England. Thankfully the most welshs speaks English.
