I chose this topic because I think it’s interesting and i think he was an amazing singer. I want to know why he committed suicide or why his doctor killed him. I also want to know why he was addicted to drugs, and why he started taking them in the first place.
What is it to be addicted to drugs?
When you’re addicted to drugs, then you almost can’t live without them, and if it’s really bad, then you can’t live without your usual dose every day. Your brain doesn’t function correctly when you take them, and if your addicted then the brain can’t function without them either.
Why was Michael addicted to drugs?
Michael had a rough childhood. His father beat him and whipped him.
One of the reasons to Michael’s abuse of drugs was because of a commercial in 1984. It was a commercial for Pepsi and Michael was supposed to dance in it, and there would be fire around him. The fire got out of control and Michael, got his hair burned. He got second degree burns on the scalp, and needed to take pills for the pain. He got addicted to the pills and didn’t stop taking them when he was supposed to.
