But it will take a long multifront war to come to the victory, and it would be a great help if teachers, mentors and public role models familiarize themselves and fighting for it to help kids to navigate a culture that fosters fat, and idealizes thin and teach them what truly counts to get themselves as fit and healthy as their body type and genes allow - and then loving that body no matter what, and be more confident.
