Nomination af socialrådgiver Stina Nielsen

My name is [NAVN A], I am 16 years old and I live in Odense, Denmark.

I’ve had a lot of problems in my life, and I’ve never had anyone to talk to or share my inner thoughts. I have been in many fights because of my skin tone, I have experienced family violence and some other things. I have tried experimenting with drugs too.

At the age of 11, I got a social adviser, from the local community.

She would help me with getting an adult to talk too, be with and enjoy life as I should, instead of all the things I were involved in, and the adult should help me with my anger issues, but nothing happened because my social adviser didn’t care for me at all.

So I stopped getting help from her.

When I turned 13 I had to get help again, because I was close to being a criminal. So I got help from the local community again, they gave me the same social adviser, that didn’t care. Men fortunately she got pregnant and got a maternity leave, but before she left she assigned a temporary social adviser to me.

Her name is Stina Nielsen. You can’t possibly imagine, how much she has done for me, and I loved it, because I finally had someone that helped me that were young, and understood me, instead of a 40 year old male. I was so afraid of loosing her because she was just a temporary resolution. My 2 best friends got her assigned too, and they noticed right away that she was the real deal, and she would sacrifice a lot just to help, even though it’s only her job. When our real social adviser was back, she could see that we were really happy because of Stina, so she got her own office and got assigned as our main social adviser, we got lucky.
