I was born in the golden age of English poetry, a time where there were many great writers and I wanted to be one too. I have always had an interest in poetry and other people. When I grew up, I wanted my works to mean something to everyone: Rich and poor, men and women, young and old. No matter what I wrote about, could it be kings and villains, I wanted to focus on the feelings and conflicts, all of the people experience, both the light and dark side. It all started with the day my mother, Mary Shakespeare, gave birth to me on April 23 1564. I was born in an ordinary little town: Stratford-upon-Avon, in a house on Henley Street, in the heart of England. Both my parents were very ordinary too. My father, John Shakespeare, was a Glover and wool dealer of good standing and my mother was one of the daughters of Robert Arden and she inherited his farm, after he died. I found out that, I was the third child my parents gave birth too and that both my older sisters had died, when they were still an infant. After me there were 5 more children born. 4 survived to adulthood. On November 28 1582, I married Anne Hathaway, while she already had our first child in her stomach, so our first child was born short after in 1583. We named her Susanna. Two years later Anna gave birth to twins, named Hamnet and Judith.
