A summary of “Tell the Women We’re Going” by Raymond Carver

Bill and jerry have been best friends forever. Jerry is the “leader” and bill is doing the same things as Jerry. We read a lot about their childhood. They use the same clothes, dated and banged the same girls. They have vent to grade school and junior high together. They went to college together, but Jerry got married before the end of 1st semester, and he dropped out. After the marriage there, friend ship went downhill.

Then the story take a jump in time. Now they are home at Jerry, to at Sunday barbeque. The women is in the kitchen, straightening up. The children is in the yard, playing with a plastic ball. Jerry and Bill sitting and drinking beer, and talking. They go to the car, drive around, to a bar, and drink a few can of beer. They are heading back. On the road home, they saw two girls with their bicycles. After a long talk, they found out that the two girls reached a place, called picture Rock. All what Bill want, is to have sex with the girls. However, Jerry have another thing in mind. Jerry use the same rock at girls.
