Everyone needs a little laugh once in a while. Actually laughter is healthy for you; it increases your blood flow, relieves stress and gives you a stronger immune system.

It is different what people choose to laugh at, but most people have one or many favorite funny characters, who they can watch do stupid things over and over again. Many of them are on television, but they can also be on the internet and the radio.

I’m not quite sure what my favorite funny character is, there are so many great. I have chosen to write about a fine young lady, my whole family has been watching as long as I remember, Hyacinth.

Hyacinth is in a TV show called “Keeping up appearances”, which is about herself and her nearest. Hyacinth is born into the lower-class, but she acts like she is a fine upper-class lady. She is really good at it, but her lower-class family and friends think it is quite annoying. They are sometimes happy that she won’t be seen with them in public. Her husband, who has to follow her everywhere, hates it because it involves hiding back garden ports and diving into bushes. Upper-class people try to ignore her because she is always bragging about smaller details or lies, stuff they don’t care about.
