Mississippi Burning is a 1988 crime drama film loosely based on the FBI investigation into the real-life murders of three civil rights workers in the U.S. state of Mississippi in 1964. The movie focuses on two fictional FBI agents who investigate the murders. Agent Rupert Anderson is loosely based on FBI agent John Proctor, and Agent Alan Ward is very loosely based on agent Joseph Sullivan. There are different views about who the heroes are, but after my opinion it’s the FBI agents and all the black folks. We owe them so much after all the things we did to them. They have been through so much.
The black people were treated badly, and their homes are shed in edge of the city. They didn’t had good facilities
Nothing actually. What can they do? They can only hate them. The black community is outnumbered. The police are against the black too, and in a village like Mississippi it’s the police who make the rules.
The FBI’s are meant to be the heroes, and as well they are portrayed.
Actually I think it’s the harsh truth. The way that the KKK clan performed their actions and hate against the black people in the movie, were also the way they treated them in the real life.
