For a long time I were ”normal”. Went to the town with my friends without having concerns, going to work without concerns. I did everything in my life without having concerns.
I started at a continuation school, where we did a lot of sport. I tried everything without any concerns, but soon it would change, and in fact change my life, because later on that year I slept. Here is why sleeping changed my life.
We were making a musical; and I wasn’t doing anything special just controlling the light. One-day we had a few hours off, and I decided to take a nap. I slept for 2 hours until I suddenly woke up with massive pain in my left knee. I had tried it before, I just had to stretch it then everything was fine, but not this time. I tried to stretch it, but it wouldn’t go “normal”, so my roommate tried helping me, but neither he could fully stretch it. Later on that day I went to the doctor, he told me that I might be something with my meniscus, but I should see the upcoming days. I was afraid of getting an operation, because I wanted to exploit my continuation school year fully. I waited a few days, because I thought that my parents and grandparents should see the musical. My mom already knew about what had happened, so she called me 100 times a day. The next upcoming days I tried to stretch my knee, but still unsuccessfully.
