The Magic Word: summary of Kate Thomson's story

The magic word is a story written in 1999 by Kate Thomson.

Now i will do a summary of the story

She sees an entertaining man outside princes square, she see him thought the gaps between the bystanders.

She walks into fraser’s. it is a store with everything. Clinique, Givenchy and so on.

She strides into the body shop, slowly because she doesn’t want to look to purposeful. She picks up a cosmetic idly and smearing some on the back of her hands as though considering the colors, and try not to look at the assistant. She walked away from the body shop with 30€ worth makeup in her coat and nobody saw her hands moving.

She is trying to find a outfit that fits her. And it takes longer than expected to find a suitable top to complete her outfit.

Then she walks in to a new shop, and a new woman are staring at her. Her eyes are smoky. She was going into a changing room to put some cloth on and try to steel it. When she took all here stolen things on, she saw herself as a new woman. When se first looked in the mirror she couldn’t recognize herself, she was a glamorous young lady.
