A couple of years ago three men attempted to make a robbery against a Scottish bank. They parked their car outside the bank and went in. unfortunately they were stuck in the swing door and had to be freed by the staff. After saying thanks to everyone they left the building.
A couple of minutes later they came back and announced that there was a bank robbery going on, but none of the staff believed them. When they demanded 5000£, the bank cashier laughed at them. She was convinced that it was a practical joke. The bank robber then reduced his demand, first to 500£, then 50£ and at last to 5£. At this time the cashier was about to die from laughter.
Then one of the men jumped over the counter, but unluckily he landed in a trash can and sprained his ankle. The poor man was carried out of the bank by two of his comrades and two men from the bank and placed him on the backseat of the getaway car. After thanking for the help the robbers drew away.
