Dear Lewis, I totally disagree with you in some points. I think Facebook is a really good page to keep in touch, follow your friends in their life and chat with the people you miss. I got a father in Russia, who I chat with, and it’s fantastic, because I haven’t seen him for 12 years, so Facebook helps me to keep the connection to him. But sometimes Facebook takes my time, when I’m supposed to do homework, I’m on Facebook instead, and when I’m with my family I’m always at the phone, to check my notifications and messages on Facebook. The average amount of hours I spend on Facebook daily is 3-4 hours. I started to use Facebook 4 years ago, because one of my friends said I should, so I could chat with her, when we weren’t together, and I could play Pet Story, and send her gifts. Since that day I have been addicted to Facebook. I had MySpace and Arto account once, but I deleted it, because several of my friends used Facebook instead, and it was more popular. I hate those teenage girls who put depressing statuses up on my Facebook page, they are always writing about, how bad their life is and who they hate. I think that they should keep it for themselves, because facebook is not a diary. Instead they should write about the good things in their life, and who they love.On an online profile I don’t think it is the best idea to write phone number, address and such things because you never know who comes by your profile every day, and one time it might be a person with bad intensions and then he or she has all information about you, and that cannot be that safe.I think there is a lot of dangers when it comes to the social network and one of them are that people in all ages use Facebook, MySpace, MSN and Twitter and then many times there are girls underage who fall for a guy they think they know, but he can just as well be an 40 year old man with a gross imagination. Many girls on the social network throw their closes, just to get so many likes as possible. There’s a lot of bullying on the internet, that have giving a lot of teenagers suicide thoughts and a big part of them even committed suicide. Because on the internet you act like you don’t care how you are affecting people around you. A lot of guys act tough online and enjoy hurting people, because they think that they earn respect that way. But if you meet them in real life, they’re just a bunch of pussies. It can be very difficult to get a job in several places, if you have posted some bad statuses or pictures on facebook, because you can’t delete things on facebook that you’ve done in your past. You can’t even delete your account.
