What is love? Millions of people say "I love you" everyday, throwing the word around without wondering what the word truly means. I don’t thing that anyone really knows. I think that it´s a mystery that no one has figured out yet.
Love is the greatest gift we can ever hope to give or receive. Love is the one thing that can overcome so many of the difficult times that we are faced with in life. Love is so powerful - it can turn frowns into smiles. It can help mend the most broken heart. It can even turn all of the ugliness in the world into the most beautiful portrait we could ever have the pleasure to behold. It's beautiful that a feeling can help to change something that might be difficult, hard or maybe impossible and turn it into something good.
One thing I’m against is arranged marriage. Arranged marriage is when two people are destined to marry when they are the appropriate age. If my parents have chosen someone for me to marry in the future, my obvious reaction would be to rebel and argue for my rights of marriage. I would fight for my beliefs. I do not want an arranged marriage. I wish to choose my own man unlike some other people in the world. I know some may disagree with me but it is my own opinion. I cannot marry someone I don’t love. That is not how I roll. I think that you should follow your heart, and see where it leads you. There is no one that should do it for you! The story Thebedi and Paulus is for instance about arranged marriage. Thebedi´s parents decided whom she had to marry. So it wasn’t her choice and it is wrong.
