The capital punishment system in Malaysia has me on edge to a point that I can only describe as insane grievance. This is a classic, do you approve of the righteousness of death penalty? If yes then I’m here to tell you otherwise. You see the issue at hand is that some countries as Malaysia, China, Iran and Iraq etc. carelessly continue executing victims of their law arrangement, and those people who get executed have no clue to how inhumane a situation they’re in, I think it’s senseless to kill people like that. Capital punishment is a misdeed you just can’t prepare a scheme to kill people deliberately to serve justice, that’s not the right course of action. As it is now Cornell Center on the Death Penalty Worldwide states that a little more than one thousand is under sentences of death, they wait on the death row. The total number of executions in 2017 currently on zero, due to the malaysian government. They rewrite and configure the indformation a on many cases when they feel their power is threatened. Similary could we ask ourselves do we need capital punishment? In our state-of-the-art justice system the best course of actions would not at any time be killing people without proper validation to which they were actually lawbreakers or not, but on the other hand to pursue the finest and most mature approach on the issue. I believe we can aid each other with the common knowledge and insight to form an intelligent outcome with our combined effort. We can do better people shouldn’t have to go through experiences like these. People who are alleged to be criminals are seen prosecuted and later executed without even having substantial evidence. This is a primary flaw in capital punishment in Malaysia, when an aberration occurs then a so called mistake takes place, then someone innocent is sentenced to death.
