A Day of Unexpected Events

I checked the sky for signs and set off early to make the most of the day. I had packed my back with a few necessities – a bite to eat, a bottle of water and heaps of curiosity about what the day would bring. Today’s wasn’t just an ordinary day. I had to do something special, I felt like I did the same walk, and saw the exact same people, each and every day. So I started off with walking down to the library. I just had to borrow a book for my aunt, and then I just thought of a new walking route through a hill, near the beach. That would be brilliant, if my knee just didn’t hurt that much. After I walked the normal route I just didn’t felt like I did my best, I could do it better. So I went straight to the gym. And I saw this fat guy training at the gym. The guy next to him just couldn’t stop laughing at him, I went over to the guy, and asked why he was laughing. He suddenly stopped laughing and looked at me. The fat guy stopped too, they pushed me into the corner and suddenly just began to hit me. They kept repeating ‘’don’t mess with us again your stupid m******** ’’. When I finally came out of the gym, I had scratches on my upper arm, I was practically bleeding. I decided to wash it, when I came home. But I still wanted to do more, I went over to McDonald’s and ordered a big mac. There was something suspicious about the guy serving the burger, he had that smile you do when you did something wrong with a purpose. I opened my burger to check if it was poisoned or something like that, under the salad I found a huge insect. I went over to the guy serving me the burger, and confronted him. Suddenly all the employees surrounded me and began to hit me. I felt like it was my fault I did all this, like if I just harassed all of them without knowing it. After I came home, I took a long and satisfying shower. Later that evening, I found a lotto coupon in my pocket, I didn’t have anything else to do, so I checked if it was the winning one, and stunning enough it was! What I learned from this extraordinary walk is, never talk to strangers, you can actually learn something from getting beat up, and I never need anything more than a walk.
