Oliver Twist was raised in a ”child farm”. One day Oliver and his friend is playing a game and the game is about who pulls the shortest straw will have to ask for more food. Later on that day at dinner Oliver asks for more food and one of the “staff” members begin to chase Oliver around the table. The staff wants to sell Oliver to a scary guy. But first the staff has to talk with 2 men who will have to agree. But they won’t agree because the man doesn’t look very nice. Oliver gets another place to live The owner of the house is called “Mr Sowerberry”. Mr Sowerberry is very nice to Oliver but there is this kid, who teases Oliver so that Oliver becomes angry and jumps on the other boy and begins to hit him. The boy begins to scream and the kitchen lady comes and screams and tells Oliver to stop. They throw Oliver into a place where they keep coal. I’m not sure it’s coal. Later Mr Sowerberry comes and the kitchen lady and the boy want Oliver to be flogged, but Mr Sowerberry doesn’t like it, but he does it anyway. Oliver escapes from the house and sees a stone which says : London 70 miles.
