Opinion om Tesco Farm to Fork projektet

I’ve heard about the new Tesco Farm to Fork project, I was positively surprised. I’m glad that someone is taking initiative to make the youth understand what it is we are putting in our mouth and where it comes from. I mean it is very important for the kids to learn about what and what not to eat. Our society is becoming fatter by the minute, there are so many people who don’t know how to live a healthy life.

And speaking about healthy, I don’t understand why all the field trips are online. All kids would love to go to a farm and use some energy, in that way they are also getting some excise. I know that, of course, the state can’t afford for all of the schools in England to go to Rio, but what about a field trip to a farm so they can see where milk comes from? I mean we have cows in England, so that wouldn’t even be that expensive. But I don’t think that the online field trips are a bad idea, actually I think they’re a great idea. It’s a new and fun way for the kids to learn, and besides from being fun, it also sounds really interesting.
