Music has always been a part of our culture. Music is used to express our feelings, therefore a lot of the music that are in this world, is about love and such feelings. But what is love? Love conquers everything. “My Love Is Your Love” by Whitney Houston, which is a love song, deals with the themes love conquers all and eternal Love. In this paper I will be analysing the song and how we can se the themes in the song.

Love conquers all and is eternal. This is shown by the title of the song “ My Love Is Your Love” by Whitney Houston. The song tells that, the love that they share for each other, is the same love for both of them.

Witney Houston as a sing and songwriter, uses horrific historical days and times to increase the strength of their love for each other “Judgement day, WW3, chains of Amistad” by using the gruesome days and times she makes a clam and emphasizes that even though everything looks bad, even if death comes, even if the worst thing imaginable happens it is okay, their love will remain a live, because they have each other.
