But one day things started to change when a black woman refused to move to the back of the bus for a white person.
Black people wanted change and started to protest.
They chose a 27-year old Baptist minister to lead the boycott.
Dr. Martin Luther King was unknown to anyone.

In many years the Busses in Montgomery have segregated black and whites, Mrs. Rosa Parks was a black woman and she wouldn´t give up her seat to a white in the bus. She was put in jail and then the Bus boycott started.
Dr. King´s goal was to make an and on the segregation, the white bombed Martin´s house to make them afraid, but the negroes didn´t quit.
The blacks couldn’t give up, we need to continue. Not for ourselves alone, but for all America. We have power to save ourselves and our white brothers from this situation.
Dr. king was arrested, he was find guilty of obstructing free enterprise, he paid a large fine.
One-day Dr. king say that ‘and I am sure that I voice the sentiment of the more than 40.000 Negro citizens of Montgomery. The Negro community resisted for eleven months.
