Rape is a criminal incident where forcing another to sexual intercourse with violence and treats. Being raped is a dangerous crime. In Denmark rape is imprisonment. When one commits rape, then you can choose to commit it against a boy or girl. Many believes that it is only men who commit rape, but it is also women who commit it. Actually know 66 percent of all rape men their sacrifice. It could, for instance. be a lover, friend or ex-girlfriend, or one that has been encountered in the city before. In the text “The Dark”, there is a girl and is a mother of the girl. The girl is in the text kidnapped and raped, and the text describes her situation by saying “it was dark”. She is a very quiet and calm girl, because she says nothing at all. All she says is that “it was dark”. She tries not to talk about the situation, because she was so afraid of what happened. After she was raped, she ended up in the hospital for two weeks. After the two weeks, it ended so sadly that she had to die for her injuries.

The mother has much to take care of his daughter, because she whenever possible wish that there should anything happen to her. She is a very protective mother. The girl’s mother is also very reassuring to her, because it is difficult for the girl to cope with such a rape. As you can read in the text, then the mother is also very troubling to her, because she has been out for such a horrible experience. Such an experience will sit in her body forever. We do not know how it can affect the girl, and therefore is the mother very worried about her daughter’s behavior. “I was not in my own bed, I was in the child’s room, sleeping on a mattress on the floor.” This is a quotation that she shows, she takes care of her daughter and is worried about the family and cares about the girls kidnapping and the rape. The mother sleep in the same room, as her daughter do, because she will show she take care of her.
