I have been in school for a week, and I really like it here. It is nice to experience something new and exciting. I do not have any problems with communicating only a minor language barrier. The weather here is nice and humid here so when it is 26 Celsius degrees it does not feel as hot as it would do at home. The school is a lot different from the ones back home. Here you do not have a certain classroom there is a classroom for every single class. Therefore, math is in one class but English is in another so you have to walk between every class. We also have longer school from Monday to Thursday we have class until 16:30 and on Friday until 15:15. With longer days, you would properly think we have longer breaks but actually not, we have shorter. We only have on 30 min break, which is the lunch break. Every other break we only have 15min so sometimes it can be a bit hard to get through the day.

Something I found suppressing is how many different kinds of classes we have and how different we get teach. For an example in chemistry, the teacher talks a lot more than they do at home and show different kinds of experiments. In the first class, we had about liquid nitrogen, which was fun. The teacher showed us how it could cool things down so much that they become brittle. Instead of German, we have Spanish. Spanish is a lot harder than German because you cannot just say the words how they stand you have to remember all the rules and how one letter doesn’t have to be pronounce in one word but in another. It´s not like in Danish or German where there are set rules and you just follow them.
