Joel Davis lives in Islington, London. He’s a very inspiring young man, and is a great role model for other people. He was born in 1995. His childhood wasn’t like anyone else's, his family was ?were poor and lives ?lived in a very narrow ?over crowded ?house. His mother was very sick, all thought Joel helped his sick mother. His dad was never around, because he was too busy working, so they could eat properly. He wasn’t the best ?student at ?in school either, he was struggling with reading, and he didn’t get any of the help he needed. Joel now lives (now) with a great career and is a very happy man. Joel was nominated to for the Young People of the ?Y?ear award because he started a tutoring service with school help, where more than 170 kids get help, and where poor kids achieve higher grades, university students as teachers. His idea as taken place for others and inspired many other(s) ?people to do the same thing. He sat up a website to spread his idea to other people. Joel is a very nice person, that likes to help other(s) people ?with similar problems. I personally really like Joel, as he made a great impression on me. He smiled, and gave me a great handshake, he was really polite. Joel was really excited about the award. He said that the Homework Help service he started has been growing a lot, and people love(s) his service. Joels ?Joel`s website has also been very successful, and people have used his idea, many times. I learned that Joel is a very patient person, and his personality is actually very special, judging others. Joel likes to be creative, and he is very smart too. He thinks it’s very important to use your imagination. Joel hopes to change schools future and that he can successfully get to his goal. We actually just need help from the society, but that’s no problem judging people's reaction?s on helping children getting (?with) good grades and having ?a great future ahead of them. Joel thinks it’s also important to know what you’re good at, and use that power of yours to achieve your goals.
