Joel Davis was born I 1995 and now he is 19 years old. he came from a poor family, so they have not much money to live for. His mother was sick very often, and he had to help his mother from the sickness, in his teenager life. He had some problems in his school, he struggled with reading in school, and he had no help from his family. But he was a very good person and a very open person and you can´t see, he had it so bad in his life.

He started with getting some homework help, and that was fine for him. And now he will start a tutoring service, with homework help for other people, and he have already helped more than 170 children, to get help in the school, and that’s very good for him, and for the children, there have some problems in the school. He also helped children with a poor family to get higher grades in the school, so they can go out in the world, and get a good job. He also helped with university students as teachers, and that’s very good for the world, because we need some university students as teachers in the world so thumps up to him. And now his idea is copied from other people, and from other countries, so he had make a big difference for children, and for the rest for the world. And now he is the winner of the Young People of the Year 2014. Congratulations to him. He gets 500€ for the initiative.
